Do you ever meet someone and think, “I really want to work with her!” and “I really want to be good friends with her!” at the same time? I’ve been lucky enough to meet several of these lately, and Amara is one of them. 🙂 She has this amazing energy, and the kind of personality where you feel like you can tell her anything and she can relate and isn’t judging. Plus she’s knows a lot of good stuff. I realized all of these things before she became my health coach and I became her family photographer. Now I like her even more.
Amara and I talked about what her family portrait session would be like and I knew it would be one that would be completely my style – her family at home being themselves and doing what they like to do together – all of the things you see below. She and her husband and two kids are so sweet and loving and laid back and just completely genuine.
This was a first – Amara’s son lost his tooth in the middle of our shoot! Loved that we were able to capture this!
