A Special Place – Northern NJ Family Photographer

You’ll recognize this family from this summer on my blog.  They wanted to do two shoots with me this year!  How wonderful is that?  Makes me feel so awesome.  Plus I really like seeing them.  We met Thanksgiving weekend for an outdoor family photo shoot.  I was so happy when they picked a location that is special to them – a park they used to go to all the time when they were newly married and had just gotten their dog, Ace.  Eight years later, they’ve been able to share the park with their little girl.  I loved hearing their memories and watching them explore together.

When we arrived, it was so cold, with a freezing strong wind, and flurries of snow.  But we got lucky and it warmed up!

The sun even came out for a while and there was beautiful golden light.

How cute are the tiny coat, skinny jeans and Uggs, and the little sweetie wearing them?  🙂
