My second mini shoot model was Corey, who napped in the car on the way. He woke up a little bit cranky and extremely shy, but some talk about what sound helicopters make and what’s in his mom’s pregnant belly got him laughing. They don’t know if the baby is a boy or a girl, but Corey thinks he’s going to have a new brother named Hannah. 🙂

I am amazed right now at how well these pictures came out, Maegan! Just thinking of how Corey was that day, I cannot believe you captured his sweet little face! I’m glad we introduced the lollipop so he gave us a smile!

Avery was my first model for Thursday’s mini sessions. The interaction between her mom and her was so sweet that I made the two of them the subjects of my blog header and ordered a sample storyboard!

It looks like the mini sessions were a huge hit! All the models are too cute and of course, as always, you have such a keen eye, Maegan!

I am working on my new website this week and I would love to have some brand new faces for it! I have decided to do 4 mini portrait sessions this week. I will pick 4 lucky children as the winners of a 20 minute mini session and a free 8×10. Following are the guidelines. If they work for you, please send me an e-mail with a picture of your child. It doesn’t have to be a professional picture. Any cute shot will do!

1. These sessions are not for current clients. If you are a client, that means I already have pictures of your adorable child, so please forward this to your friends. They will love you for it!

2. You must be available THIS Thursday, July 10th, between 4 and 6 pm, for a session in Wyckoff, NJ.

3. You must be willing to sign a model release.

I will be picking the winners tomorrow night, so get your e-mails in to me by noon tomorrow!

What is with all the thunder showers lately?! It was raining today, so Gavin’s parents and I decided do just do half a shoot and meet again soon for Part 2. Here are a few cute images from today!

Gavin’s 14 months old now and running around and laughing and having fun with his parents. I always notice that the three of them seem to have such a great time together! This is my favorite shot of Gavin (and one of my all time faves) from our last session early this year…
