We had a really fun week, full of adventures at Nature Centers, bike rides and walks, meeting new friends, and getting to know others better. We spent one morning at Flat Rock Brook Nature Center with some other kids and mom, lots of cicadas, and a turtle. I took this pictures and posted it on Facebook because I thought it was sweet.
A friend of mine commented, “We can learn a lot from them!” And it kind of hit me how much we really can learn from little kids when we watch and listen to them. About being accepting and supportive of each other. About doing what we enjoy, appreciating simplicity, and experiencing curiosity, wonder and joy.
