I hope you all had a Valentine’s Day full of kisses and snuggles! This is the card Xander gave to his friends. I wrote the names on the envelopes and Xander picked the flavor of lollipop he thought each friend would like best. It was fun to work together. :)

Wow! So cute! Love your lighting- just perfect.
I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to do the photography for this season’s Under The Nile catalog, since Jasper was due right around the same time the samples were going to be ready. Fortunately, we were able to make it happen! They got the outfits here from Egypt super fast, my wonderful friend Christie offered to let me use her beautiful studio, and about 13 families generously offered their time at the last minute to be a pat of the shoot. Thanks to everyone for helping me get this done at 38 weeks pregnant and with bronchitis! The morning I was in labor, one of the last things I did before heading to the hospital was to e-mail the pictures to Under The Nile!
When we have these model shoots, I like to take a few pictures of the models (and their families) in their own clothes, as a thank you. Here are a few of this season’s models. More to come in the next few days!

I love your work! My husband and I thinking of maybe in the spring if we can get everyone together to have a family photo done! We have no baby’s we are an extended family ranging from 27 to 15. Looking forward to talking with you!

I know, I know…I still haven’t blogged about my tiny new Valentine, Jasper! Blog post and pictures coming soon. I am having the best time with him and love every little thing about him. Being at home with him and having more time with Paul and Xander – I am so lucky and happy and am completely treasuring this time.
I didn’t think I’d be up for a client session until a month or so after his birth, but I was feeling great and very excited to meet baby Nate, who was born nine days after Jasper. This is another one of those families that I really enjoy spending time with, and every session with them is so special, as their family continues to grow.
